Privacy Policy

This policy covers velavera.ai — the public waitlist site. It does not cover the Velavera app itself, which has its own privacy policy, since the app collects different data for a different purpose.
What we collect
If you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you enter into the form. We don't ask for your name, phone number, or any other personal detail on this site.
Like most websites, some technical data is also collected automatically when you visit — your IP address, browser type, and which pages you view — via the tools listed below.
How we use it, and who we share it with

We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with anyone beyond the services above.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist email addresses until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them — there's no fixed automatic deletion period. If Velavera doesn't launch or the waitlist is discontinued, we'll delete the list.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what data we hold about you
- Correct it, if it's wrong
- Delete it entirely
- Stop using it for marketing
To do any of these, email hello@velavera.ai, or use the unsubscribe link in any email we send you. We'll action deletion requests promptly — as a small, single-founder company we don't yet have an automated process for this, so it's handled by hand.
