Waitlist Terms

These terms explain what joining the Velavera waitlist means, and what you can expect from us.

1. What the waitlist is

The Velavera waitlist is an expression of interest in early access to the Velavera service, which is currently in development. Joining the waitlist does not create a contract, guarantee access, or commit you to any purchase.

2. What we will send you

By joining, you consent to receive:

A confirmation email acknowledging your place on the waitlist.
Occasional updates on Velavera's development progress — typically no more than once or twice per month.
An invitation when early access opens, if you are in the first cohort.

We will not send unsolicited marketing for third-party products.

3. No obligations on either side

Velavera Limited reserves the right to:

Modify or cancel the early access programme at any time.
Change the product, pricing, or availability without notice.
Select early access members based on criteria we determine (for example, London location, or a particular tier interest).

You have no obligation to proceed to a paid subscription if and when you receive an invitation.

4. Unsubscribing

You can leave the waitlist at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by emailing omar.dean@velavera.ai. We will remove you within 72 hours.

5. Wellness, not medical

Velavera is a general wellness service. Nothing on this website, in our emails, or in the Velavera product constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your diet, exercise, or supplementation.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
